Anyone wishing to attend our Recreational Beginners Classes will need to contact us prior to attending and must be booked onto the classes.

WE NO LONGER DO DROP IN SESSIONS

ALL SESSIONS ARE SUPERVISED BY QUALIFIED BRITISH GYMNASTICS COACHES AND ASSISTANTS, WITH A VIEW TO INTRODUCING SOME OF OUR RECREATIONAL BEGINNERS TO REALISE THEIR POTENTIAL IN THE SPORT.
